Cancellation Policy

Wonder Wagon Safety Requirements for Parents & Hosts: To ensure every party is a safe, memorable, and stress-free adventure, please review these key host requirements before booking: Liability Waivers Required: A signed liability waiver must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of every participant prior to entering the trailer or participating in any playtime activities. Site & Parking Requirements: Hosts are responsible for providing a clear, flat, and level area for trailer delivery, parking, and setup (such as a flat driveway, level yard, or approved private lot). Street Parking is allowed, but not recommended as a child could potentially end up in the street. If street parking is the only option, the host accepts all liability and is responsible for necessary increased diligence for the supervision of the children. Trailer Capacity Limit: For the safety and comfort of every child, a maximum of 15 children are permitted inside the trailer at any one time. Adult Supervision & Rule Enforcement: Active adult supervision is required at all times while the trailer is on site. Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all guests follow posted safety rules and treat all equipment respectfully while the trailer is in their possession. Trailer Rules: Shoes Off, Socks On: No outside shoes allowed inside the trailer. Food & Beverage Free: All snacks, meals, candy, and drinks must remain outside. Sand Box Guidelines: Sensory sand must stay inside designated sandbox containers—no throwing, scattering, or eating. Safe Play: No running, jumping off furniture, or leaping from ramps and entry steps. Cancellaions made at least 72 hours in advance receive full credit towards rebooking your party. Cancellations made outside of that window will be charged in full based on our discretion. Safety is our top priority and any weather related cancellations will be charged in full and credited towards your rescheduled event. Cold weather, light rain & wind typically don't affect our experiences. We will reschedule your event due to severe wind gusts, lightning, flash flood warnings, hail, sleet, and other serious weather conditions.
